Me and my partner was very lucky and conceived our 1st baby very quickly, had the most amazing 9 months of pregnancy and on my due date 1st October 2016 we went to the hospital and we got told those 4 words.. "Theirs no heartbeat" she was born 4/10/16 after 3 days of labor and weighing 8lbs 2.5Oz we named her paige...
Through all our sadness and heartbreak we knew we needed to concieve again.. My need for a baby is completely and utterly overwhelming.. 8 months in and still big fat negatives and it's absolutely soul crushing.. Has anyone else experienced difficulties in conceiving a second time?

I'm so sorry for your loss

I've started to become bitter and twisted towards pregnant women, women with young children, and don't even get me started women who COMPLAIN about either of those things.

But your terrible loss has made me see some sense. I am really sorry that you have been through this terrible loss. It might be worth a discussion with your GP/ any medical professionals you might be working with.

I hope that you can find some closure very soon.

Oh my god, I am so sorry, this is just heartbreaking and so cruel that you went through this. I'm so sorry for your loss Flowers.
To give you some hope, 2 years ago a friend of mine lost her baby at her final scan (38/39 weeks I think). It was devastating, and I don't know her well enough to know how long they waited to try again, but last month she gave birth to a perfect beautiful baby boy.

*I should say that throughout the entire 9 months it was very difficult for her, as she was so afraid it might happen again, so that made it very tough, but everything was perfect this time

I remember reading your original post about your loss op, and reading this again my heart truly does go out to you Flowers I have no experience with baby loss myself, but do understand the all consuming yearning for a baby, so I just wanted to say my thoughts are with you as I didn't want to read and run.
