In January we lost a baby at 10 weeks after an accident. To make matters worse after my d&c I had retained products and ended up collapsing and haemorrhaging after getting an infection, and then to be told by a nurse that "I had probably just got my period and periods are often heavy after a miscarriage"
I was/am heartbroken and I stupidly had the bloody depo injection because I couldn't face going through it again. I wish someone had just taken 5 minutes to actually talk to me about how I was feeling and talk about a less permanent contraception incase I changed my mind, but it's done now.
So now we're ready to ttc again. It's been 5 months since the depo jab and of course, I've not even had a period.
I know there's nothing I can do and there's nothing anyone can say but I'm just struggling today and I really need to vent.
