EWCM after ovulation?

I had a + ovulation test on Thurs and dtd then, and two days before. I also track on Ovia and get cramps so I'm 95% certain i ovulated then. Now I'm 4(ish?) dpo and noticed quite a bit of EWCM when I wiped today. Anyone noticed similar? I've been tracking for a while and it's not something I've had before, I usually go back to watery after ovulation and then dry up before AF.

Took an ovulation test this afternoon just to check, no second line at all.

I've had this last 2 cycles. Haven't figured out what it means though, other than last cycle I didn't get a BFP. I'm 7dpo now (or so I think?!) so still in TWW. I also get ov pain, OPK and temp so fairly sure of when I o'd. It's really strange. If you work out why it happens then let me know!

I'm curious about this too please. If you don't actively go looking for EWCM and only make a note of it when you wipe is this usually on or after ovulation? Everything I've read says it indicates ovulation as it is the most fertile mucus, however I assume that's only when it is inside you. How long does it take to come out after being "useful" to the sperm. Any knowledge on the topic would be appreciated.

Everyone is different. Yes I had EWCM 2-3 days I ovulated and conceived. It lasted for about 5 days. I was surprised to learn EWCM did not coincide with fertility window for me. But this is assuming the sonographer calculated the due date accurately (she was a trainee).

Hi I am sure you all know by now but I was asking this question about a month ago and just wanted to update that I had a few days of EWCM about 7DPO this isn't particularly normal for me especially considering I don't get that much at ovulation I thought maybe I had got things wrong but low and behold about 4 days later I got a faint positive, left it few more days and pregnant 2-3 weeks on clear blue. I had no other real symptoms and this is my second baby have only now at 5 weeks started having the more creamy thicker CM so I guess the CM is not a given sign and don't count yourself out if you have the EWCM must be due to hormonal spike around conception/implantation but was definitely a good sign for me!
