Could this be implantation bleeding?

For 2 days I've had light pink/brown sticky blood (sorry) in my knickers/when I wipe, not much but enough to wear a pad. Had my period week before last, and last had sex 5 days ago. I know it's uncommon but could it be implantation bleeding or am I totally wrong ☹️

Very unlikely to be implantation, as this happens about 6-12 days after ov. You would have had to ovulate very very early for this to have happened.
