Lower abdominal twinges right hand side

I'm about 4 dpo and getting lots of lower abdominal twinges especially on the right hand side. Is this a symptom of pregnancy or just PMS?

Pms. Pregnancy symptoms don't start to kick in until hcg levels rise. Hcg is not produced until implantation, which is generally 6-12 dpo.
