Early implantation - a bad sign??

Hi,
Bit of background, I had a termination for medical reasons on 5th May. It had taken over a year to get pregnant and I figured it would take similar again but I've just done a Frer at 7dpo (I had clear blue smiley face and ovulation cramps last sat so I'm pretty sure of timings) and there is a definite faint but pink line! I had some cramps around 4dpo. I read that normally implantation occurs between 7dpo - 11dpo and late implantation can be a bad sign as more likely to miscarry. So my question is early implantation also bad?? Has anyone tested this early and gone onto have healthy pregnancy?? Good and bad experiences welcome as I want to be prepared! Sorry I know I'm being neurotic but after the last pregnancy I'm very nervous. Thanks so much for any responses :)
