First month using them, Ovia is predicting ovulation in 8 days though?

It does look positive to me!

I think around 12-36 hours after the positive is when ovulation usually occurs. Happy dtd-ing!!

Your luteal phase would be 10-16 days. Did your period come approx 2 weeks after ovia would predict ov? Would mean ovia was pretty accurate as the luteal phase doesnt ever change length.

It's been couple of years since I used opk as.decided to temp instead but I think you can have a build up, therefore a false positive opk and not actually ov. Temping is the only way to accurately confirm ov.

Well cycles usually 32 days ovulating day 21 or so I thought but last month was 57 days

Today is cd15 and 16 days from today/tomorrow my period is be due.

Now I'm confused, I must have been imagining my previous 'ovulation' sysmptons on the basis I thought I was in my fertile window. Will continue to test and see what happens, was our first month of sperm meets egg plan so will be fitted if I've wasted 14 months for the sake of the wrong week!

Ooo I'd forgotten about sperm meets egg plan! I just jump on DH everyday for a week -10 days!

If I hadn't read about it I would t have even started dtd yet so definitely worth a try!

I loosely followed the SMEP with my two and it worked really well both times.

This is today's test so yesterday was definitely peak. Do I need to dtd again today? Done 3 days in a row and 2 days before that, I'm knackered!
