Chemical pregnancy question ?

I was 7 days late this cycle cycles usually 31-33
Started spotting cd41 af here today little clots too.
My boobs are so bloody sore and I mean sore!!! Usually as soon as af is here they stop. Also I've never been late. Also had cramping for a week and half, lower back pain, discharge, sleeping constantly and heightened sense of smell.
Progesterone day 28 came back at 7.5. I have had bfn but nearly positive opk yesterday.
Could this have been a chemical if not something is wrong elsewhere

Without a positive test, no one can say. If your 28 day was 7.5, you either didn't ov this cycle or you ovulated after cd28, which means af would be late...

I think it is far more likely to be an anovulatory cycle, which most people probably get at least once a year.
