Unprotected sex 5 days before ov

Hi all

This is my first post. Just looking for a little advice. Me and DH have 2 girls and we aren't planning anymore. I came off my pill in march due to migraines and we've been using condoms since. Last night we had a bit of an accident. We were using a condom and after we finished we realised it had come off inside me. I took it out but the semen was everywhere ( so sorry for the tmi). According to my Flo app I was, at the time, 5 days from ovulation and a low chance of getting pregnant so we decided I wouldn't get the morning after pill and we would 'risk' it (if a pregnancy occurred it wouldn't be unwanted just a surprise). Has anyone ever actually conceived 5 days before ovulation? I'm also concerned slightly as since I came off my pill I've been a little all over by place (period a week early, then the next a day late, then a day early etc) so I'm not sure how realiable my ovulation dates are. What are the chances?!

I see this is an old thread but currently going through a similar situation, had sex 5 days before my peak opk result. Wondering what the chances are?! Currently in the TWW so I guess I will found it soon enough! X

I’m going through the same thing had sex the Saturday ovulated the Thursday had really bad ovulation pain from the moment I woke up Thursday morning until the next day aswell. Thanks x

I too had sex about 5/6 days before and ended up getting a bfp. Still in first trimester. Just surprised

@Mimi2022 I am in your same situation. This time around I’m not sure what’s going on though. I had sex 4/5 days before ovulation and I’m not sure exactly what dpo I am. But I been feeling cramps and nausea since ovulation pain stopped. I’m trying to see if you felt pain from ovulation day till you got you BFP? I should be 2-3 dpo and I’m not understanding why I feel so much going on with me. I also think I ovulated a day or 2 before because I missed a day of testing but I did do my temp.
