I was so pleased on wed night to see my first AF turn up 29 days after I stopped my pill, having been prepared it might take months! However omg it's so heavy and so so painful compared to what I'm used to on the pill, I had forgotten how rubbish having natural AF is!! Wahhhhh.

Feeling sorry for myself and wanted to moan - hope you don't mind!!

I have to admit after 4 months of waiting for AF to arrive & TTC since January, I too was rather happy when AF arrived the other day. But like you, I am suffering with it. She seems to be drawing out the pain. Can finally begin to track ovulation better!

Ahh glad she's turned up coconut, that must be a relief. I'm not really actively TTC yet so haven't started that frustration but I've got a thermometer and OPKs at the ready as I'd like to get a better understanding of my body and how it is working!
