Hello lovely ladies, I'm hoping someone can help me with something....

I normall have a 32 days cycle and ovulate on day 19 or 20 which I believe is quite late? Well this month I had a positive ovulation test on CD23. My question is..... when should I take a pregnancy test? My period should be due in 4 days on the 26th but as I ovulated late should I leave it longer before I take a test? My period tracking app automatically changed the day in which my period is due because of my late ovulation. Also, will this have any effect on conceiveing??? Thanks in advance. I've attached a screen shot of my period tracker.

From what you've said, normally you have a 12 day luteal phase so if you ovulated on CD23, you should expect to get your period 12 days later, so CD 35 ish. Not sure when the first day of your last period was but I would count 35 days from that, and test on that day. So if your period had started 1st June, I would test on 5th/6th July.

I agree with flashinthepan, your luteal phase will be pretty constant so your period should be 12 days (in your case) after ovulation. No reason why it will affect your chances as long as you BD when you did ovulate!

Good luck!
