My partner and I have recently decided to try for a baby I'm not at all clued up on this subject.

I downloaded a fertility app so I could keep track it asked when my last period was and so on. Once I'd put all the info in it then showed me my calendar showing when I will be most fertile. But once I've stopped taking my pill it has all changed because I have had a random period a few days later which has messed up my cycle.

Will this mess my cycle up completely or just the next few days? When will it become regular and when is best to start trying?

Tia

Your cycle on the pill is not a cycle at all. It may take your body some months to get back into a regular cycle not controlled by artificial hormones.

Just go with the flow and Dtd every other day.

I'd track your cycle over 2-3 months and it will give u a better idea of your cycle. You can do this on Ovia:)
