Coming off cerelle

Hiya
Just needing some advice and hoping someone has been in this kind of situation before.
Last saturday was the last time i took cerelle after being on it continuously for 10 years. Generally when i miss it for a couple of days in a row i get period pains and it kind of remind me to take it. So i came off last saturday and i havent had any of these pains at all over a week later. Could i already be pregnant? The problem is i dont know when my period would be as i dont have them on the pill therefore dont know when i can take a test any ideas?

Hi, I came off Cerelle at the end of April also after circa 10yrs, it took 3/4 weeks for my break through bleed then another 3 weeks for what I think was my first AF. Most weeks I felt twinges and cramps then the AF to be honest was quite painful and heavy. I am guessing it is because I haven't had one in so many years.

I recommend using the Ovia app to start tracking your symptoms and it will help pin point the fertile week.

Hello! I last took cerelle on the 12th January and been ttc since then. Got my first period on the 9th Feb and been pretty irregular since then with cycles of 33, 25, 27, and 30 days. Think they're probably getting regular now. Good luck x

I've been on Cerelle for 13 years with breaks only when TTC. DC1 it took 7 weeks for AF to return and DC2 it took 5 weeks. I then conceived straight away (really luckily) both times. I would recommend charting your temp as this will tell you where you are in your cycle and when you ovulate. You can't rule out already being pregnant though - it happened to three people that I know IRL who were on Cerelle. HTH
