I've been off the pill since the end of May and had spotting last week, very light and sometimes it would be there and other times not for about 4/5 days however it never became heavy and I usually would be during AF which is why I knew it wasn't my usual cycle. I've been having nausea in a morning, on and off dizziness and fatigue for the past 2 weeks. I'm wondering if it would be okay to rest now or should I wait? Thanks!

I'm in exactly the same boat. Started spotting on Saturday morning and it's been on and off since just there when wiping ( af not due till Thursday) I'm hoping its implantation bleeding. Xx

Yeah I thought it could be that too! I'm gonna give it a few more days so I'm completely past my due period and then do a test! Xx

Def worth testing if you go over your period due date BUT very usual not to have regular cycles after coming off the pill, you don't really know what your cycle is or how your af is until you have been pill free for a few months! Hope it works out for you.

Hi Oneds! Thank you for the advice. I had quite heavy Periods (sorry tmi!!) on the pill throughout, and when I came off it I had a short one at the end of may, then last week when I was due to come on again as per my periods on the pill I had nothing, just very light spotting on and off for a few days. I might be completely wrong and just as you said my cycles a bit off because of the pill! But I shall do a test in a few days to rule it out Smile
