Need advice.......I think it's happening again

I'm 4 weeks 3 days today. This is my 2nd pregnancy, I started spotting with the first at 4 weeks 4 days. Ended in a miscarriage. That was in Feb. This was only the second month back trying cos I was sick for a few months.

My HCG was 226 on Tuesday and then 953 on Friday which I was really happy about. But I just had the smallest amount of bright red spotting. Looked exactly like last time.

Last time first day a drop and then more the second and cramping on day 3.
This time I have had no sore boobs which I had extremely sorry last time.

I had a feeling this would happen again. So used cheapie internet tests all week before I got the 2nd HCG. I did another just now and can't decide if it's fainter or stronger than Friday.

I know what's happening just wish I would be one of the lucky ones who get spotting and it's ok 😢

Getting HCG checked again tomorrow so will know for sure.

Much stronger on the 18th. It is very worrying... I've never made it past 4w 3D both times. I know this is no comfort, but there is nothing you can do either way. Try to keep yourself busy. The blood test is a good idea.

Hi op, it looks stronger to me also. Did you have your progesterone levels checked too?

On my way to get blood done now.
No didn't get progesterone checked. I will ask that for next time if there is one.

I honestly don't know if I'd want to go though this again. I have an auto immune disease which carries a slightly higher risk of miscarriage. I'll never know if that's the reason or it's just back luck.

Thank Ladies, I thought that too but after last time any bit of bleeding means the worst to me.
Should have the results in a few hours.
Good thing about the health system here I will see them online myself once ready.

Update......
I got the HCG levels back. They went up from 953 to 3259.
It's good news as I haven't had any more spotting and feel great so I'm quite relieved but certainly don't think my worrying is over yet.
God this is such a rollercoaster
