Spooting

Hi I am on the patch and normally have a regular period,(there was a time over a month and a bit ago the patch change was forgotten)
in the last 4weeks I have had several spotting days where it's like a wipe and then it's gone, sometimes pink sometimes brown.

My stomach has bloated up in the last two weeks, I look 4 months pregnant all the time.

Not sure whether it's worth a test ?

Maybe worth a test just to reassure yourself if nothing else. Also maybe see a doctor regardless of the outcome of the test, just to explain what's happening and see if there's something else that could be causing it
