Vitamin C for lengthening luteal phase

Wondered if anybody has tried increasing vitamin c intake for lengthening a short luteal phase? I've seen online there were some studies done which suggested vitamin c and other antioxidants had an effect of progesterone production.
Interested to know if anybody has tried it and if it had any effect?

Vit b6 can increase progesterone and thus increase luteal phase.

How long is yours?

I'm reluctant to take B6 as have seen lots of people saying it also delayed ovulation which I don't really want to encourage!
My LP tends to be 11 days but this month has been 10. I know it's not terrible and still perfectly possible to get pregnant but just thought if there is something I can do to give it an helping hand maybe it's worth it!

Thought I'd update this to say that I took Vit C for a full month bar 3 days when I was away. My period has just turned up bang on time so it hasn't had any affect on my luteal phase length - 11 days this month as is usual for me. However I have felt my pre-menstrual symptoms have been slight stronger, sorer boobs and feeling a bit sick, so I do wonder if that's anything to do with increased progesterone. Definitely haven't had a chemical pregnancy as I've tested a few times. Another thing to note is that my temperature stayed high right up until this morning whereas in previous months it has tailed off gradually before AF.
I'm going to continue taking it for another month as I can't see it doing any harm and could possibly be helping.

Last month I started taking Evening Primrose Oil which I believe also contains B6. It's from Holland & Barrett. My cycle is usually 33 days with 16 day luteal phase. It was 40 days long so those vitamins did something!
