PCOS. Periods but no ovulation

I had no periods after stopping the pill and I was diagnosed with PCOS. I stopped gluten and processed foods and sugar and take supplements. I managed to get two cycles of regular periods. Now I try to track ovulations and despite my periods and fertile 'style' mucus I don't ovulate. Is that possible?
Thanks!

Well done for all the changes :) How long have your cycles been? Have you been for ultrasounds to confirm (no) ovulation? Or it is just because of opk's? The latter aren't reliable in PCOS.

Yes it is possible. Let me tell you that I conceived two lovely children naturally having been in the same situation (and despite two failed rounds of IVF). I didn't worry much about diet - though before the IVF I'd lost 1.5st - or alcohol but I really pushed myself in terms of exercise. Try not to fixate, I know that's very easy for me to say.

Thanks for your replies!
@JoJoSM2 I have had two cycles of 28 days. I haven't had ultrasounds to confirm, I just use an ovulation test stick. Is it not reliable when having Pcos?

@JenniferYellowHat1980 do you mean that you couldn't track ovulation and you got pregnant? Have often/ when to have sex? :p
