Norethisterone stopped me ovulating?

Hi! Myself and my husband are ttc. We have only been trying one cycle but I'm worried I am not ovulating. In September I took norethisterone for 2 weeks to delay my period for our wedding/honeymoon. I always had a regular 28 day cycle before this and symptoms of ovulation. Since taking norethisterone my cycles have been so irregular. Ranging from 29 days up to 42. There has been no pattern for 8 months and all my signs of ovulation have gone. I have no fertile CM, no ovulation pains and the main symptom is I have hormone related IBS which only ever caused symptoms when I was around ovulation and I've had no symptoms since the norethisterone. This cycle just gone I did ovulation tests every day and didn't get a positive. In fact I barely got any line at all on any of the tests. I don't know whether I should give it some more time or make an appointment for the dr. I am overweight so I am trying to eat healthier and exercise more so I am putting off going to the dr because I know they will tell me to lose weight first. Is it possible that norethisterone has messed me up this bad after 8 months?!

@catmum26 did you have a resolution to this? I'm having the same issue. Took norethisterone for 2 weeks in September. it worked as it should. Had awful period after then normal 34 day cycle. Since then 37 day and I'm on day 37 now and no period yet. I don't think I had ovulation symptoms this month so will check next month but just wondered if you settled down again? Thanks
