Lutal phase length..

Does the lutal phase each cycle roughly stay the same?

My lp is usually 12 days.
I ovulated 2 days later than usual this cycle on cd 16 and af is due tomorrow.
I am currently 10dpo, would i expect af to be 2 days late also?

Hey Hun wasnt due to ovulate until 9th but got an almost positive on cheapie opk on Monday night so took a cb dual and got a static smiley and positive opk so tomorrow is 1dpo lol. I've never ovulated early before lol. All my cycles have been 31 days so af is due 21-22nd. I'm really hoping this month is my month I get a bfp xx

Yes if ov late then AF will be too as lp usually same length each cycle. Good luck! I'm 9dpo today, but not holding out much hope as no symptoms.

I'm confused lol... i had a EXTREMELY faint bfp at 8dpo on a frer.. all within time frame and tested negative yday & today 🤔 weird!
But not giving up hope because last cycle i tested negative 9-11dpo missed 12 and got bfp 13dpo so theres still time yet.

Going back to the original question- the time between ovulation and af tends to be the same.

@BlueeSpottyTiger she's just the same she's at consultant tomorrow (also have my driving test tomorrow lol) and cbfm don't mean clear blue dual ovulation thing yeh it's not to bad I like that u get the blank, flashey and static smiley xx

Yes, luteal phase doesn't really vary but ovulation can be a little early or late for a few reasons

AF due Saturday/Sunday. I have 12 day lp as well - but oddly it was only 11 last month. I blame star flower oil! Think I'm going to switch back to evening primrose oil next cycle if no BFP this time round.
Will test on Saturday. When will you test? X

I'm just annoying myself testing now... I'm 13dpo... period should have arrived thursday but going by my 12 day lp it should be today no signs of it arriving...had another faint faint line again today on a frer! Think if i implanted it was on 10dpo as had sharp shooting pains in uterus which i had last cycle with bfp.. but still not surely positive line.

So I'm 11dpo today and just been for a wee and when i wiped there was blood on the tissue it was really light but it was there every time I wiped. Af not due till next Thursday. Could this be implantation?? Or a very early period ?? I'm only ever early by a day I'm more late sometimes never early xx

Well had nothing since 4.45 and been to the toilet quite a few times. I really hope it's implantation xx
