Hmm I have been taking these for 5 days and started feeling very sick and increased tiredness since yesterday could it be these? Hubby says I look like I'm already pregnant though I can't be only 7 days into my cycle but wow it's not far off how I feel.

It could definitely be the vitamins: I had this with Sainsbury's trying to conceive vitamins! I didn't realise that's what it was until I switched to Seven Seas and it stopped...

They made me feel terrible unless I took them at bedtime. Midwife says it's common so I moved to Boots own and they are fine

Google pregnacare - lots and lots of women experience nausea and exhaustion after starting them (and delayed cycles to boot). My morning sickness eased a bit after I stopped the branded pregnancy vitamins and switched to plain folic acid on my OBGYN's recommendation.
