Had one definitely negative and one like this..

I would be inclined to say positive but the line is half a line? Which is odd.. did you test with the same brand test? How long apart? What time of day?

I did a clear blue - 'positive'
Clear blue- not digital - no cross. Definitely.
And then this - different brand

First one in morning, second 2 later in day

Looking at it very closely, the second half of the line is there it's just much fainter!..

Did you two identical tests at the same time? One was negative and this was the other one??

As my Dr told me, any line is a line! Try again in the morning, but I'd say that looks positive. Red dye tests are much more sensitive btw.

The pee sticks react to the HCG hormone made when pregnant.. I'd imagine it would be quite hard to have a false positive ! :)

As another poster has said, red dye tests are more sensitive and the clear blue tests levels of 25 which is quite high. Also, if you tested with anything other than fmu with a clear blue, you're again increasing your chances of getting a negative. So that may explain it.
