Feeling so emotional

My af are so up and down from April till May it was only 17 days between af I've got all the signs of being pregnant e.g. cramping sore boobs but when tested got bfn .Am I doing test to early feeling scared and frustrated as my partner suffers from e.d so he feels he letting me down
