Morning sickness starting from ovulation

Can morning sickness begin the day of ovulation. I know ovulating and hormones sometimes come with that feeling itself but I ovulated today and all evening I've been feeling unwell to the point of throwing up. I'm cramping and feel extremely tired although I'm unsure I'm creating these symptoms in my head.

Technically/scientifically no. Hcg is the hormone which causes morning sickness and your body doesn't start to produce hcg until implantation happens-7-12 days after ovulation.

But progesterone (which is produced by the corpus luteum after ov) can cause nausea in some. The cramps are from ov, not related to conception.

Ah yes physics that makes sense. But as you say, it's not to do with having conceived. Morning sickness itself usually starts at around 6 weeks in my experience

Agreed. It isn't morning sickness. It has nothing to do with pregnancy.

However, that does not mean you won't (or will) get pregnant this cycle...
