Did anyone get symptoms before bfp?

Was fairly sure I ovulated late last week, so around a week ago, and me and dp had lots of sex.

This morning I nearly vomited up my breakfast, which is unusual for me. I'm also suddenly very sensitive to bad smells, almost heaved again changing the bin.

Wasn't going to test for another week or so, but did a quick one today - not first urine. Negative.

Thing is, if there is enough hormone to cause symptoms, wouldn't it show on a test?

I have had a strong sense of smell before BFP, and also sore boobs. Sickness for me kicked in a couple of weeks later. Good luck.

I'm having the same problem!
Still in FW but boobs have gone MASSIVE and are really sore, so bloated, exhausted beyond belief and peeing constantly (I normally pee once - twice a day) so am a bit confused. Caved and POAS which came back Neg (like I thought it would).
Shouldn't really POAS til 2 weeks today but thought, if I'm showing symptoms, maybe it'd show on a test?
Feel like an idiot now.

I had no symptoms which is precisely what made me wonder if I was. Normally I turn into a dragon a week before AF but before my BFP I was quite pleasant!

On the plus side, with DC2 the first sign I got that I might be pregnant was sudden extreme nausea and a couple of weird vomiting episodes about 5 days before my period was due.

On the downside, I got no nausea with DC1 until 6 weeks pregnant (so post-BFP) AND I sometimes get nauseous pre-period ( can't brush the far back teeth or my tongue when I'm pre-menstrual as it makes me gag and sometimes vomit) ...and I sometimes also can't wear perfume (and I'm a fragrance fiend).

Well not getting my hopes up - went on to get a massive migraine today which probably explains the nausea, and I also get bad smell aversion with them too!😣

I do remember though before I realised I was pg with dd (surprise baby) that I had to dash off the bus to be sick because someone had BO! It was a little while before I tested and I only tested a couple of days after my missed period so it must have been very early on...

I have also poured myself a glass of wine tonight and it just doesn't taste right - another symptom I had last time!

I have to say tho it is probably highly unlikely I am pg yet, only got my mirena taken out on 11th may and have not even had af yet! However fairly convinced I was ovulating last week, as I noticed, without even really intending to check, that I had a lot of that "egg white" cm, and felt far friskier than usual (sorry tmi)!

I got my bfp 5 days before my period was due. Ridiculously sore boobs and sense of smell.

Well driving myself mad now, cos have got cramping like I've got af, but absolutely no blood. Thing is I got this before I found out I was pg with dd, didn't even realise I was late as I had pain like I was coming on for ages then nothing happened, and I tested when I realised I was actually late. The pain continued for much of the first trimester so I was always terrified I was going to miscarry any minute...

Tested again today though and nothing. So one of two things are happening, either I'm gearing up to have the af from hell, or I may be pg and it's early days - though I suspect it's probably the former! 😣

With my second I was suddenly tired and sleeping at 8:30pm. This was a few days before my period was due. Too the test a day before and it was positive. But that was my only symptom. With my first I thought I was more sensitive to smell and had the obviously swollen breast, but was a week late by then and that was the most obvious sign since I'm never ever late.

Still getting cramping, but still no AF, and bfn on first morning urine...

I got my BFP Yesterday and have been cramping like AF coming for over a week now... still going... my only other symptoms were weepiness and bleeding gums. I had sore boobs, back ache and the sense of smell of a bloodhound but I get that every month anyway!
