Ovulation OPK help

So my periods are very irreular i have pcos and dont ovulate . i started fertileaid and have been tracking my ovulation this month. well today i got a positive today at 3pm and then a negative at 10pm. my af started may 15th. and i began pills on may 19th. is it possible for it to be pos then neg in the same day?? please help

Yes, it is possible. The surge can be very quick, lasting a few hours. The 2pm is positive. However, the only way to confirm you have actually ovulated is using bbt. I've heard of lots of people with pcos getting weird opk results...

Thank You! I wanted to make sure I wasn't seeing things for the positive result. I will definetly try bbt. If it dont work this month with just the opk.
