Makes sense to put this in conception but didnt feel right so hope you guys can help!!

I'm taking my temps in the morning as a kind of 'relaxed' contraception and am still learning!! A baby would be nice at the mo but not ideal so we are kind of going with the flow but veering towards a 'no ta' if you see what I mean.

However I interpreted my chart wrongly and ended up taking MAP on Friday. And now I don't seem as though I am going to ovulate this cycle. Can Map do that or will I just ovulate late? We're abstaining at the mo cos I dont know whats going on!!!

This is my first post!!

no advice re the MAP , I;m afraid, but I would think if you are veering more towards 'no baby' and have taken the MAP, you might want to consider more reliable contraception....maybe condoms if you don;t want anything hormonal or long lasting if you do veer towards 'yes baby'

MAP can delay ovulation by up to a week - so it could just be that you'll run a week later than usual.

Does that mean period will be late?
