All pretty good. Set a wedding date for early May, and pretty much given up ttc. The yams thread suited my wanky mood very well.

Around 4+5 so far too early to get excited after last time. But a good strong couple of bfps and cb digis progressing bang on time. Quite a few symptoms - I'm shattered with enormous boobs and wind like a teenage boy which feels pretty positive. We're pretty scared but trying not to be too negative.

Lovely too see you're all getting on so well, not too long til some actual thread babies!

Ha @cheryl sure they’ll have a tiny head circumference at any rate ! We didn’t find out what we are having much to my surprise, I thought my willpower would fail but it didn’t!

@linzlinz that’s annoying about the low placenta, most move up don’t they? But even if not, as long as baby comes safely doesn’t matter how he or she comes out (I still reckon it’s a she for you!)

@limp thanks, ha ha, was just so excited for you when I saw! Everything crossed this time you have more luck, but of course it’s a nervous time. How exciting about the wedding too! So nice to see all is well in the land of Clearblue Strippers

Yeah we found out. We're having a girl (2 boys already) and have narrowed names down to 4. We asked the boys opinions on the names we like and they both chose the same one they liked the most, they hardly ever agree!

I've been the same as you Linz, a pretty easy pregnancy so far (same as the other 2 times with my boys) but I'm starting to feel it a bit now! On Thursday I can say I'm having a baby next month!!!!!!

I am going to have an early reassurance scan as soon as poss - just cannot imagine another 7 weeks of waiting.

Hi Strippers. So it looks like I'm miscarrying again, exactly the same as July. Same spotting and mild cramps, loss of breast tenderness, mild headache. Meant to be going to the epu Monday but I should think I'll be bleeding by then.

I've been such a negative nelly since last time, and thought maybe our luck was finally in. So gutted it hurts.

Oh @limplettice I’m so sorry to hear that, it’s just so ridiculously unfair. If it does turn out to be bad news (which is not certain based on the symptoms, but you know your body best) then please take care of yourself. Good luck on Monday

Hi guys. Posted from another thread: Had an ultrasound and bloods. Ultrasound was TrV, I have a retroverted uterus so hard to see much. Sonographer said she could see a small sac, no pole and not a lot else. Went back to the midwife, the sonographer had marked it as an anechoic space not a sac, so basically inconclusive with a diagnosis of either early pregnancy or early pregnancy failure - they call it pregnancy of unknown location. MW said she does 3 or 4 of these every single day and in the majority of cases it is just too early to see anything either way. I have to go back Weds morning for another HCG draw, and they will call me Weds afternoon. If HCG same, it is ectopic, if lower, a loss, and if rising, all good to go and probably a scan to try and find a heartbeat.

TLDR: Inconclusive, more bloods on Weds. Total fucking limbo. No bleeding since Saturday, whereas last time full bleed started 36 hours later, but basically nothing means anything and it is just a waiting game.

I’m so sorry you’ve been left in limbo @limplettice. All the very best for Wednesday - sounds like HCG having risen by then is a genuine possibility but it’s obviously a hugely worrying time and I’m sending lots of hugs

Staying positive for you @LimpLettice please let us know how you get on. You have every chance of it going right so try and focus on that and keep stress levels down if you can 💐

Not viable, strippers. Hcg gone from 1200 to 1390, they think it's ectopic. Consultant management first thing tomo. Broken but not surprised.

Back to update again. Consultant found a sac and yolk sac, in uterus so not ectopic, but nothing else. HCG far too slow. Back for a second scan in 10 days, just to double check, but really just stuck waiting to bleed. At the point of total devastation now, wishing we had never tried again.

I wish there was a chance it was good news. I'm sorry you're going through this.

Hello Strippers. Another update. I miscarried 4 days after the last post I am afraid, and it has been pretty horrific. Again. Somehow I have managed to fall pregnant again, with no period in between, but not very hopeful at all now. I am off to EPU yet again tomorrow to see if they can see or date anything, but reaaaallly not holding my breath. Just wondering if we have any actual babies yet?!

Oh wow Limp, please let us know how it goes. I'm really hopeful for you!

I'm 38 weeks tomorrow and still no baby yet! Lots of twinges though! X

@limplettice I cannot believe what a shit time you have had of it. I hope you are managing to cope with it all, and enjoy the wedding planning despite the shittiness of TTC and miscarriage.

I missed your previous update, so apologies for not replying. Thank you for keeping us updated and I have everything crossed that you have some better news from the EPh this time, but I completely understand why you do not feel hopeful. I am massively rooting for you

@linzlinz 31 weeks! I’m ok, got pelvic girdle pain but all healthy so can’t complain. Still feels like ages to go yet!

I have PGP too, I feel your pain (literally!) 😣 All healthy here too, just a waiting game now! My OH is going back to work in Alicante tomorrow until Monday so I'm feeling quite nervous in case baby makes an appearance!

I am pregnant again strippers. Scan yesterday showed yolk sac and right measurements ish. But I'm not feeling hopeful, not yet. Another viability scan in 2 weeks so send sticky vibes please.

Tentative congratulations @limplettice! I totally understand your reluctance to get your hopes up, but it’s perfectly possible that this little bean will stick and I have absolutely everything crossed for you! Take care of yourself over the next two weeks, the waiting must be agony but hopefully will have a happy ending.
