contact arrangements

My child has ongoing contact with his dad for four years since our split.. His dad is now wanting to take me to court to change these arrangements. currently goes two nights per week. 3 during holidays and a full week in summer.
he now wants 4 nights week 1 and 3 nights week 2.

i think this would be disruptive for my child. he is 9.

any advice?

You might want to ask MN to move this to a more appropriate board, such as Relationships, as this area is for people trying to get pregnant, so you might not get the advice you are looking for.

Is he trying to avoid cms by any chance?

He doesn't pay maintainance as he doesn't work and claims benefits.

Yea noticed that too I did choose the other option.. not sure why it ended up on this board.
