Trying to conceive

I have been trying to conceive for the last 20 months. The doctors have done a test & I'm still able to conceive, I have tried to artificially inseminate (does it work) as well as actually having sex. I have also tried different conception tablets, I'm 48 any advice please

Unfortunately a single test is likely to tell you your exact fertility status. It might be you egg quality that is a problem as quality declines with age. You might want to look into ivf with donor eggs if everything else isn't working, but surely this is a conversation you should be having with your fertility consultant, not just on this forum...
