Hi everyone

I'm new to the forum but here goes!

We are hoping to start TTC in September to October this year and I plan to come off my pill at the end of this month. I'd like to do everything I can to increase our chances of having a healthy baby and easy conception.

I have coeliac disease and I've read that I should be taking more folic acid than normal-is this correct? What have you experienced?

I also have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome in my family with both my mum and my sister having the genetic disorder and I do show some of the signs. Does anyone have experience of this? If so, are there any precautions I should be taking?

Any general help with good vitamins to be taking would be great too-my husband and I are taking vitamin c with zinc everyday along with folic acid.
