2 BFP and a BFN. Period 1 day late and been ill all week. (Pics in comments)

I'm really struggling. Been ttc for over 3 years and got our first ivf appointment in July. I've been feeling sick all week and today my period is a day late. I did 2 internet cheapie (pic attached) and they look positive to me. Did a first response straight away and was defo negative. Could this be as I'd just had a wee and the second poas was less concentrated? Were the first 2 wrong? Shall I send my dh out to the shops for more? Any test recommendations? Sorry to be babbling, I've just thought about this moment for years and now I'm just not sure what's happening

Chances are your urine was less concentrated on the FRER especially if you had only just passed urine. The fact you have a very obvious positive from the IC would confirm it for me as they are notorious for taking ages to pick hcg up despite being 'sensitive'.

Congrats! Try and hold your urine for a few hours if you can before using another first response so its more concentrated or retest tomorrow with first morning urine.

Agree with pp. Those IC are really not that sensitive so to get two very obvious lines I would say you're pregnant
