Day 3 and 21 blood tests

So my doctors sent me for day 3 blood tests the other week and today I had my day 21's done so should get my results soon

Does anyone know what your LH AND FSH should be on day 3 and what should they be day 21 or are the tests on day 21 different

Day 21- measures progesterone. Shows if you ovulated or not that cycle. Should be above 30.

Day 3- measures Lh and fsh. Both should be under 10.

I've had my cd 3 test today after taking utovlan for 7 days to induce a bleed after an 85 day cycle, getting a bit worried about the results.
