Copper coil and missed period.

I'm not quite sure if this is the right place to post so sorry if it's not..

I had the copper coil fitted in February and since had two normal periods. I'm usually like clockwork and every 28 days or so.

However my period is late so far this month. My last period began on the 2/4/17. I'm beginning to feel paranoid now as I usually get the full bloating and other period related symptoms which I had but then no period. I've still got breast tenderness and have felt nauseous at times however I've had a urine infection the last two weeks so this could play a part in the nausea (finally got the right antibiotics).

According to the menstrual cycle calenders my period would have been due around 30 April..

I've done two tests which were negative. I just feel a bit baffled and paranoid I could be pregnant. I have been more stressed lately but that's normal for me. I've had stressful months for past 6 months without period being affected.

Am I just over reacting?

All you can do is test again in a few days. It's probably just delayed ovulation which would delay your period (possibly because of stress or the uti).

If you get a positive test, go to your gp right away.

It's probably just a late period. No need to worry - they happen.
