EWCM confusion-help!!!!

Had EWCM this morning-when does this mean I will ovulate ? Or does it mean ovulation has already occurred??

I use a CBFM but it's been showing 'high' for 7 days...no 'peak' yet

My understanding is that it means you should ovulate in the next few days.

My advice would be to start DTD as you are definitely in your fertile window

What Basin said. But you could in theory ovulate on the first day you see it, or in a few days.

EWCM helps the sperm stay alive through their dangerous journey to the egg.The main thing is, whenever you see EWCM, DTD!
