Can anyone recommend a good one? I got my dp Tescos Complete Multivits for Men but he has stopped taking them cos the apparently make him feel sick! They ARE rather large and I think they have a yukky aftertaste, but I don't see why I should be the only one pill popping so I want to find something a bit more palatable....any recommendations?

wellman from boots, a bit pricey but meant to be good. I've just put my husband on them. In addition Vit C is also good for sperm.
Husbands always tend to moan... I have one just like it at home! Good luck!

Zinc is apparently useful.
The nausea is probably the vitamin B.

Hi feedmenow - I put my dh on wellman too at the recommendation of the consultant at the assisted conception unit. He whinged and moaned too, said they tasted like marmite which he hates. We conceived naturally after three months, (we'd been trying for 14 months before that) so it's got to be worth it. Try getting him to take it with a glass of orange juice or something to take the taste away.
