I'm in fertile week due to ovulate on Friday. And I'm ill. Not really ill but have a sore throats and dizziness and my temp spiked 0.4 this morning to above 37c (definitely not due to ovulation) and generally I feel pretty crap. Would this affect my chances of conceiving? Apart from the obvious - not wanting to dtd! Would a higher temp/illness prevent conception? Or prevent implantation of conception did occur? just hate the thought of wiping out a whole month :(
