So 2 days ago (11/12dpo) I checked my cervix and TMI but there was lots of gloopy brown CM, this lasted 2 days (none in my pants though) last month when checking my cervix, the same happened but it was red blood, and by the next morning I had full blown AF.
But last night I checked again, and my CM is kind of thick and gloopy and tinged yellow. This morning, got up and it's gone. There's nothing. So I think I'm about 13/14dpo today (only CM check for ovulation don't use OPK's)
I feel totally fine, no cramping, bb's not sore (although they were earlier in my cycle)
Am I getting my hopes up, or could this be implantation???
Praying AF doesn't show her ugly face tomorrow!!!!
Trying my hardest not to test yet, this is month 8 TTC and I've had enough BFN's to last me a life time!!!
Anyone had anything like this that led to BFP?
X

I've had the gloopy cm right before a bfp... and I've had it right before af. Sorry not much help!! Could potentially be implantation followed by mucus plug forming but it's not much to go on. Take a test? If you are 14dpo would easily show up straight away if you are pregnant. Good luck!

Emma2803 · 29/04/2017 20:07

I had a big blob of almost ewcm today when I wiped, I am 4+4 pregnant (18dpo)
Fingers crossed af doesn't show up!! Are you going to test in the morning?

SSF8 · 29/04/2017 23:14

Thanks girls. I've symptom spotted all month, but this has never happened before.
I haven't actually got any tests in, so won't be testing in the morning, might buy a test tomorrow and do it Monday morning if AF hasn't showed up by then.
My partner keeps moaning at how much money I spend on them, so he banned me from buying them until I actually needed them Grin so I might get up early and sneak out before he wakes up!!

And congrats on your BFP!!! Xx

This sounds really promising. My cm change was the biggest sign of my impending bfp after 10 months of ttc; I had no symptoms either! Looking forward to seeing your bfp x

SSF8 · 30/04/2017 08:42

You're right. That does sound promising. Thanks!
Don't want to get my hopes up though. Still no sign of AF. Usually start feeling like crap by now. But I feel fine, so I'm taking the dog to the beach - via a shop to buy tests!

Good luck!! Let us know how you get on!!

WantToGoingTo · 30/04/2017 09:01

Good luck op!!

SSF8 · 30/04/2017 09:03

Thank you - so scared of seeing BFN again!

so.... bought a pack of 2 sainsburys tests today. left it too late to go anywhere else and forgot it was Sunday and shops were closing at 4.
plan was to do it in the morning but I figured, I have 2. and couldn't help myself.
I'm so confused now and can't wait to wake up in the morning to wee.
there is a VERY faint positive. so I did some googling, and lots of people slating sainsburys tests saying they're not accurate and give lots of false positives!

Fx op! Have you tested again??

SSF8 · 01/05/2017 09:32

Yes. First thing this morning. Exactly the same as last nights test. AF due today too. No sign yet. Going to buy some better tests today

booksandhearts · 01/05/2017 09:47

sorry being a bit of a stalker but hope you get your bfp!!!!

SSF8 · 01/05/2017 15:26

Went and bought Superdrug early response. Saw a few posts recommending them.
Exactly the same again. Faintest line. Tried and tried to take a photo and can't get a photo to look the same as what I can see with my naked eye!
Going to wait a few days. And if AF doesn't show I'll test again

There's a line. Congratulations

NoWordForFluffy · 01/05/2017 16:23

Definitely a line. Congratulations!

Hotpinkangel19 · 01/05/2017 16:24

Would 190% trust a Sainsburys over a superdrug test.

WantToGoingTo · 01/05/2017 20:02

Definitely a line!

SSF8 · 01/05/2017 20:07

It's darker in person than it is on the photo too. Although I feel terrible tonight like AF is coming!!

NotQuiteWithItAtAll · 01/05/2017 20:10

Had exactly the same line, very faint. He's now 8 weeks old fast asleep in bed. Congratulations!

SSF8 · 01/05/2017 20:21

AhhhhHalo
Thanks everyone. Still not sure what to think though.
I was 18 weeks before I found out I was pregnant with my first as she wasn't planned. The positive line popped up before the control and was VERY strong!

Just wanted to tell you all. I got another BFP. But today unfortunately started bleeding today. Very heavily.
Guess if it was a positive, then this one wasn't meant to be.
Here's to cycle 9 TTC
