TTC, when to DTD?

Am considering TTC
Am 49 (I know!)
Prospective partner older
I have a 28 day cycle and get EWCM at day 15, with single side ov cramps

When / how often should I DTD to maximise chances?
(prev conception IVF due to MF so I dont know this?)

Personally I'd be trying at least twice a week but also every other day from around 12-20 days - have you tried an ovulation POAS or a fertility microscope (they're about the size if a lip stick, not hard to use but I'm a scientist so read up on them first ... although I think it was pretty cheap - it's mainly working out the focussing)
