Am I ovulating?

Hi so today is cycle day 15, I have had watery/milky discharge the last 2 days and mild cramping, not bad but I notice them every so often.

I don't use opk's because I find it too stressful constantly trying to see whether I am ovulating but just wondering does this to you sound like I am currently ovulating or that I have already ovulated?

Ovulation discharge is thick, like egg whites. Milky, watery discharge like lotion is the unfertile kind. Have you used OPK's in the past? How long is your cycle?
