Advice please

I have just had first period since depo and something doesn't feel right. It was really light, I cramped more before bleeding, I still have rather sore boobs and I'm so tired to the point I need to sleep in the day. Is it normal? My mind keeps on thinking I had implantation bleeding but I think it's more hope than anything? Anyone else had the same? X

Any advice?

Hi hun...not had any experience from coming off depo but...you can try doing a pregnancy test and see and maybe wait it out another week to see what happens

My first period after stopping the pills was like this. I waited four months for it to happen too.

I think its supposed to get heavier as time goes on and yr body is used to producing its own hormones.
