Two periods in less than two weeks!!

Help!? Any ideas??
So i had a miscarriage back in February, had my first period on march 28-april 1. Now on April 10 i started bleeding and having cramps..Has this happend to anyone?

I quite often get only 17 or 18 days between periods. Usually its longer than that, but its not uncommon either to have short gaps. I put it down to my age that theyre becoming irregular.
