for the last 12 hours, but no period. My period is 4 days late. If we did concieve, it would have happened 15 days ago. Tested yesterday, but it was negative. Can the pain be implantation pain? Or is it likely to be AF? Never been late, so it;s all a bit strange.

You never know, but try not to get your hopes up too much. I don't know about implantation bleeds myself but read recently that it usually happens 8-12 days after ov. Hope this helps.......

I know I mustn't get my hopes high, but after 24 hours of period like pain, still no AF...not a spot.

Well I hope it is what you want it to be !!

Well my period is 5 days late, always very regular, after 24 hours of cramps and back ache still no AF. And have big boobs plus touch of nausea. So the pain may have been implantation pain.

Did you do a test? Or has af arrived?

mediterraneo · 12/03/2007 15:55

Still no Af,did a test yesterday but negative, a week late now, hoping maybe the hormone could not be detected by the test.....maybe it is a phantom pregnancy..
