Last month I fell pregnant after six months of trying. Initially I had a couple of quite strong symptoms (particularly sore breasts) but on the day my period was due they disappeared and when I took another test the line was fainter than it had been a couple of days earlier. I started bleeding just over a week later, so just over five weeks (I kept testing positive throughout this time, but the lines stayed light). I was pretty upset about it but knew it happens a lot. I fell again this month - but again, when I tested again a few days later the line was lighter, and this time I've had no symptoms at all, so it's pretty clear the same thing is happening again. I don't know when the bleeding will start, but I'm hoping it's over as soon as possible. Anyway, my question is: how concerning is this? It feels like something must be wrong with me, but is it likely that I've just had a run of bad luck? Is there any point at all going to see the GP? I'm 29, good health, normal weight, by the way.
