Prepregnancy vitamins

Hi. Does anyone else feel or get sick with pre pregnancy vitamins? Sometimes I'm sick sometimes it's nausea... if so do you take another tablet if you have thrown up?

Are you taking them with your main meal? Pregnacare advises this on the packet to minimise nausea... I've always done this and never suffered!

I suppose if you're sick fairly soon after ypu should take another one. Or maybe switch to a different brand or the individual vitamins?
