When am I 1dpo?

Hi ladies. So 3rd April I got a smiley face on my opk... 5th, 6th and 7th I started spotting which I guess is ovulation bleeding... when exactly would my 1dpo start?

Hi OP, was the smiley face one of the static clearblue digital ones? If so they predict you will ovulate 12-36 hours later. So maybe 4th-5th?

I would say 4th is ov as happens 12-36hrs later after positive opk so 5th is 1dpo. So you are 4dpo today

Combine with bbt temping in future cycles to pinpoint it.
