We are a bunch of ladies who are either

• humping (TTC)
• by humping yet (waiting to TTC)
• humped (BFP)

And everything in between!

We've had 8 BFPs since January (and counting!) and we love a bit of lucky lube and a squinter on 9DPO - come and join the madness!

Just catching up and I'm welling up reading all the posts (i'm blaming the hormones) DH is wondering what's wrong with me! tigger dancing and para you are all so strong and brave. tigger hope you get the closure you need so you can move on. I agree with parsnips about how lovely this thread is. Everyone is so supportive and helpful. I feel really privileged to be a part of this, to share our ups and downs. The saying goes you know who your true friends are when the going gets tough.
Hope everyone else is going to have a relaxing day in the sun today.

How nice has it been having some sunshine! So I had a day out with my friends yesterday at the rugby which I watched none of, sitting on the grass enjoying the sun with a drink in hand. My horse won the grand national which led to more celebratory drinks but has resulted in the worst hangover that I can remember in a long time 😷! So I can sympathise with the pregnant ladies with the nausea today.

Oooh buzz that's so lovely!! I'd like some sunflowers too! Will have to get some seeds xxx

I tested this morning anyway - saved my wee as long as I could and it was bfn so who knows. I just know I'm not preggers so it's OK. I'm feeling happy in the sunshine so it's all good 😁

Hello all! On annual leave now for the fortnight so won't have as much time for mn - going on a few little trips with DD! And enjoying a very sunny England!

Feel like I've nothing to report anyway, as still no symptoms! 6w tomorrow.

Para, Dancing and Tigger - you're all an inspiration and I hope you're all starting to heal, in your own time, feeling whatever feelings come up.

Got my white pasty chubby legs out and a sack dress on! Had to buy something as made mistake of wearing jeans in this heat! Doesn't help I've only got hi top trainers with me today. So unflattering with a dress. Hate my reflection but trying to be accepting / kind to myself and at least it is sunny! Crying a lot today for no reason, DH is holding up well I must say..

Thanks girls, I'll continue to moan to DH on your approval! Feeling very achy and fluey but I'll survive. All well on the scan, dates are spot on so nice to see! Omg though he was pushing the thing so hard on my bladder and it was full I actually thought I would wet myself on the table!
Sunshine dissappeared here today altho I didn't mind because DS got roasted yesterday and I feel like a bad mom! Poor kid is like a lobster! Us freckley Irish don't tan well!

Ahh great news about the scan MrsC And lol about your lobster child! I'm another pale one here - went swimming in the lido today and actually got a bit burnt! It's like summer!!

Excellent about the scan MrsC, so happy for you! the whole full bladder thing worries me, I hate needing to wee. You must be so happy that everything is progressing as it should.

Oh a lido sounds bliss orange! I used to live in SE London and miss Brockwell park lido. Hope you had a lovely time and you're not too burnt x

Lovely day today.. took DS on his bike to a local park then had the paddling pool out and a BBQ. Shame the sun isn't going to last!!

Glad the scan went well MrsC! It must be such a surreal feeling seeing your tiny baby for the first time!

I haven't been feeling well today, got a headache and a cold coming on... but I was determined to sit in the sun! A couple of hours later and I'm very burnt and feel very rough spent the whole afternoon sleeping on the sofa & missed all the lovely sunny weather!

grumpy every time i put jeans on at the moment I remember it's a mistake!! Today I've mostly been wearing my gym clothes (but not doing anything that remotely resembles exercise!!) can't beat lycra for comfort! I did have a tentative peruse on ASOS maternity section earlier! A bump seems a very long way off tho!

Sounds like everyone has enjoyed the sun! Had a BBQ after DH finished work & ate in the garden! Love summer rogue hot days in april

thanks guys I'm trying to see it as an amazing achievement to have cellulite on my calves at a BMI of 21... fml! I guess it's only gonna get worse 😬 however face skin is looking better after a day in the sun! Am very spotty, guess it's the hormones. 5wks today!

It sounds like everyone had really good days this weekend!

So the baby show was nice... me and DH got a few bits but ultimately decided i am going to go to the Birmingham one at the end of May with my mum once we know what we are having (and that everything is going well)... the only annoying thing is for months (red will back me up on this) i've wanted the Cosatto Giggle 2 travel system... no one else there with us today wanted one... then me and DH sneak off to go and look at them and he is really chuffed and wants to get it... but i wanted a gender specific one... anyways the rest of our group turns up whilst i'm talking to the rep and she mentions another unisex design they have just brought out... me and DH both liked it and the woman is going to be in birmingham so said DM would pay and order it then... anywho i take Dsil to look at ICandys and low and behold rest of the group turn up 30 mins later saying they have just brought the exact travel system we were going to buy... and then spent the next hour explaining to me how it all works... in the end i lost my temper and said i know how it all works because i've wanted one for months and you wouldn't have even seen them if we wernt looking at them... i'm so fucking pissed off but DH has been bery good and said he is happy to push the crazy gender specific ones i like anyways (unicorns or rockets)... but it's just the principle!

Sorry i must sound like a right spoiled brat! Lol

confused id be furious! The one you get will be lush though and you'll forget by the time you're pushing your little one around in it! :) sounds so exciting and real though! I might look when the next one near me is, maybe in August/September time! Fun! :)
