We are a bunch of ladies who are either

  • humping (TTC)
  • by humping yet (waiting to TTC)
  • humped (BFP)

And everything in between!

We've had 8 BFPs since January (and counting!) and we love a bit of lucky lube and a squinter on 9DPO - come and join the madness!

Evening ladies! Hope we're all well..thinking of you Tigger hope you and oh are okay. Have a little bit of you time this weekend and try not to let it get you down too much (impossible I know!)

Can't believe only 1 more month of using those horrible rubber bags stopping me from getting my little bundle of joy. Got another wedding dress last weekend which is the complete opposite to my actual wedding dress (this ones for after first dance so I can actually dance in it and not take up the whole dancefloor 😂)

Silly question but do you have to start taking vitamins etc? Is it proven to affect TTC rate? Read a lot about pregnacare and how it was making ladies sick and doesn't actually do anything anyway..just wondered if I should actually be on these vitamins now or not?

laura I wouldn't bother with pregnacare but there are some vitamins known to assist with ttc such as zinc. It is recommended to take folic acid and vitamin d prior to pregnancy, folic acid helps prevent neural tube defects and low vitamin d levels during pregnancy can have poor outcomes on you and baby.
I take folic acid, vitamin d, vitamin b, vitamin c, zinc and aspirin. OH takes a wellman vitamin which contains zinc, plus some other stuff but that's for an immunity issue he has

laura I got the wilko skin hair and nails which is like £1.50 and almost identical to pregnacare when I compared the boxes

Laura theres literally no need for pregnacare... vitamin D is a must as well as Folic acid... you can get a combined Folic acid and Zinc tablet which is good... vitamin B12 is also very good for implantation so maybe a Vitamin B complex?

Do whatever you need to Tigger but don't worry about 'bumming us out'. We're COMPLETELY bummed out for you of course but always hear for a shoulder to cry on or a hand hold if needed, & will try & help you through whatever your next move is x
