Does anyone else use there heart rate monitor on there Fitbit to monitor when they have ovulated? Saw a post on here recently where someone was but can't find it now. Been reading up on it thought it would be interesting to see how many of you guys did?

I think mine shows it really well actually, some other graphs I've seen look confusing!
Yeah I told him yesterday wrote him a note on the chalkboard saying "estimated delivery Jan 2018, you guessed it, your going to be a daddy" should of seen his face! He just kept repeating your pregnant? Are you? 😂!

I know I was due to ovulate around the 22nd according to my fertility tracker app, but I didn't have any normal signs of ovulation.

Huge congratulations to both of you!!!

I mentioned this whole rhb stuff to my DH and he is very sceptical! I would love to prove him wrong!!!

I will keep you updated!!!

Yeah do Ndo! My OH was the same tbh until I've showed him my graph now lol! And because I was temping at the same time that confirmed ovulation ect. Have you tried temping? I would recommend it. I didn't get on with OPKs, but this was my first month temping and I ovulated about 5 days earlier than my fertility app was predicting! Luckily we were just dtd every other day x

So af hasn't come yet (yay for camping!)...going back home tonight so asked to get a FRER.

HR still high... highest it's been all bloody year! Fx but not getting hopes up too much!

I'm definitely pregnant now, this is my chart - I ovulated on 15/4 when my resting bpm started rising and it stayed up to the end of the month, got my BFP 2 days ago

Hey, this is all really interesting!! I have just started to look at hr on Fitbit..... my hr was 71 at start of week but is now 75? Is this too low to show signs of ovulation??

I think it depends what it normal for you Springflower. My RHB is normally on the low side at about 50bpm, so getting up to near 60 is pretty high for me!! I think it is more to do with what it is like in relation to pre-ovulation heart rate? But I am definitely no expert!!!!

Yeah it is more to do with if it's higher than normal for you. Have a look through everyone's graph it starts making more sense then :)

I see that most peoples are up a good 10 numbers higher pre ovulation whereas mine is just a few numbers! Cause I have only had it a week I am prob getting seeing what is normal... potentially 75 could be normal? I seriously hope the good luck in this thread continues!!!

Good and bad news here. Bad news is af came. Good news is that it correlates with my resting HR going down again so the theory still works!

Tested again here and another BFP. Still not getting my hopes up too much after previous mc but pg for now at least! And my HR is still about 15bpm higher than my previous average so that works well with the theory! Hopefully see some of you in the Jan 2018 antenatal!

Hi everyone

Please can I join in? I have been reading this thread with interest!

I'm currently 8dpo, stupidly tested and bfn but obviously faaaar to early!

My resting heart rate is usually 63/64 and yesterday it dipped to 62 and today it's gone up to 65, so according to what I've read here it should continue to rise over the next few days if I'm pregnant? Is that right?

Hi floss! Of course! Sorry about the bfn, but I guess that 8dpo is v early. I am resisting like mad until Saturday (assuming AF doesn't show).

Keep us posted about how your rhb changes!

Eeeek! Ladies I've had a v v v faint positive on my IC this morning! I did 3 to check it wasn't dodgy and all there but super faint! I'm only 9dpo, my rhb hasn't gone any higher but stayed at 65 today up to now.
