Does anyone else use there heart rate monitor on there Fitbit to monitor when they have ovulated? Saw a post on here recently where someone was but can't find it now. Been reading up on it thought it would be interesting to see how many of you guys did?

Hi 👋🏼 user. Sorry I don't know anything about primrose oil but I came off the pill beginning of Dec and since then have only had 2 day periods every cycle so looks like it may be normal for me now x

Hi dangle! My HR is 62 today so 1 lower than yest. Felt quite sick this morning but also a bit crampy? Going to cave and test tomorrow if no af... will let you know either way

Meh I had two dips after ovulation but rising well now. Hopefully yours will go up again tomorrow!! How many Dpo are you?

Dangle what about you? Have you tested yet? How many dpo are you now?

I think the lowest dip is just after ov? So think I'm 12dpo today?

@Emma2803 I'm 12dpo haven't tested I don't want another bfn :( will wait til Sunday probably! My temp is still up and in the past 2 days my HR has gone from 61 up to 63. I'm praying it's good news. If not I have a night out planned for bank hol.

Haha not really. Just last month was awful with the faint positive then AF 4 days late. I was convinced I was pregnant didn't sleep for days it was horrible x

Well, bfn from me this morning on a FRER so pretty sure that's me out.

Resting HR back up to 63 but I think I'd be picking up on tests by now. Fx for next month!

In ovulation what are we actually looking for?

I think in ovulation there's usually a spike then a dip. I'll post mine again oh. I think I ovulated after the first big spike, this coincides with my bbt chart.

Mine continually dropped from ovulation until af the month before. And reached the lowest point on cd3. This time it is still gpiyup and down but at the minute is about 10bpm higher than previous normal.
How many days po are you now dangle? 13?

I am emma. Stupidly did a test at work with 2nd morning wee totally expecting bfn... now think there's an extremely faint positive so in the same position as I was last month. What do you think.....

Well I don't know what to do now :( I can't get a frer because I'm on 3, 13 hour shifts now. So looks like I'll have to use another one of these rubbish ones tomorrow. Can't even tell OH about it because I don't want him thinking I'm all distressed again like last time 🙈

Been reading this with interest! I didn't have any signs of ovulation this month and opks all said neg but have a look at my chart..... fertile window (according to my Clue app was from 19th.... curious....
